How much is membership?
Membership is $99.30 per month. It is built for clients who visit regularly, and it gives them member pricing and a monthly benefit credit toward services.
Does membership save me money on Botox?
Yes, on the wrinkle relaxers we offer today, Jeuveau and Dysport, both comparable to Botox. Jeuveau is $12 per unit and Dysport is $4.50 per unit at standard pricing, and VIP members receive discounted rates on injectables. Since results hold about three to four months, regular clients see those savings add up across the year.
Can I use membership toward facials and head spa?
Yes. Each month you can choose an Essential Head Spa or a Custom Facial up to a set value as your monthly benefit, and members also get discounts on many other services.
What is VIP Bank?
If you don't use your monthly benefit, it converts to $99 in VIP Bank credit. Credits can accumulate for up to 6 months and then be used toward services.
Can I combine my VIP discount with sales or promotions?
No. VIP discount cannot be combined with promotional pricing. You receive either the VIP discount or the special pricing, whichever is greater.
Can I share my membership with family or friends?
No. Membership discounts apply only to the member. Family or friends need their own membership for benefits.
Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services, along with CareCredit and all major payment methods. Membership works alongside these.
Is there a long-term contract?
Yes. VIP Membership requires a 12-month commitment at signup, billed $99.30 per month after a $50 one-time enrollment fee. Once the 12 months are complete you can cancel at any time at no cost. We will walk you through every detail in a free consultation so there are no surprises.
How do I cancel?
After your 12-month commitment is complete, you can cancel at any time at no cost. If you cancel within the initial 12-month term, a $350 early-cancellation fee applies. Either way, just contact us at (614) 219-9983 and we will take care of it, and we will confirm your cancellation in writing.
Is membership worth it if I only come a few times a year?
Membership is best for clients who visit regularly. If you come only a few times a year, our free consultations, seasonal deals, and HSA or FSA options may suit you better, and we are happy to help you compare.
How do I sign up?

What happens after I sign up?
You'll receive email confirmation. Your membership starts the day you sign up; your card is charged that day and then monthly. When you book services, your member discounts are applied at checkout, so no codes are needed.
