Yes. Botox is $12 per unit at standard pricing, and members receive discounted rates on injectables. With a typical forehead treatment of 20 to 30 units, the savings add up quickly for regular clients.

Can I use membership toward facials and head spa?

Yes. Member benefits apply across service categories, including facials, which range from $200 to $400 and up, and head spa treatments from $70 to $249.

Can I pay with my HSA or FSA card?

Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services, along with CareCredit and all major payment methods. Membership works alongside these.

Is there a long-term contract?

Membership is month to month under standard terms. We will walk you through the details in a free consultation so there are no surprises.

Is membership worth it if I only come a few times a year?

Is there an initial fee?

Yes. A one-time $50 enrollment fee is required at signup in addition to your first month's membership.

What is the commitment period?

A 12-month initial commitment is required. You can cancel after 12 months. Cancelling within the first 12 months incurs a $350 fee.

What is VIP Bank?

If you don't use your monthly benefit, it converts to $99 in VIP Bank credit. Credits can accumulate for up to 6 months and then be used toward services.

Can I share my membership with family or friends?

No. Membership discounts apply only to the member. Family or friends need their own membership for benefits.

Can I combine my VIP discount with sales or promotions?

No. VIP discount cannot be combined with promotional pricing. You receive either the VIP discount or the special pricing - whichever is greater.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll receive email confirmation. Your membership starts the day you sign up; your card is charged that day and then monthly. When you book services, your member discounts are applied at checkout - no codes needed.
